These terms describe how Pagecraft Media works with clients. By signing up for a plan or project, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide social media management, content creation, website design and development, and local SEO services as described in your chosen plan or written quote.

Plans and billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance by online invoice. Website projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% when your site is ready. Founding client prices apply for the period stated at sign-up, after which regular prices apply.

Cancellation

Monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel by email before your next billing date. [Confirm refund policy for partially used months and for website deposits.]

Content approval and revisions

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, videos, and other materials you send us. Reels and graphics are created from your materials or properly licensed assets.

Ownership

Deliverables you approve, such as posts, graphics, and website files, belong to you under the agreed terms of your plan or quote. Stock photos, music, fonts, plugins, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. Domains and hosting accounts are registered in your name.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, such as leads, sales, followers, or search rankings. We commit to delivering the agreed work professionally and on schedule.
